We can’t just simply compare them just like we cannot compare Thanos with Joker and who is the best villain. Let’s start from the beginning, it was our scientific understanding that we learnt to make a fire at the same time communication and administrative qualities and making weapons enabled us to survive as a group. Even the numbers and alphabets were drawn not discovered. No matter how much knowledge you have without expressing it, it is worthless and for that you need communication skills which is arts.

Science is based on quantities and laws which restricts it to a certain space like the laws of physics on Earth won’t be applicable on other planets but art is limitless.

Einstein once told “ Imagination is greater than education”

Art lets you imagine beyond the rules and boundaries of science and history witnessed most of the times what an artist imagined earlier was later invented through scientific discoveries.Arts motivates us, inspires us, with art we can imagine beyond limitations whereas science helps us understanding them and making it applicable.Even a tech geek cannot imagine a life of computer programs and data structures and no movies or poems or stories which as much as influence, inspire and entertain us.Because my friend it is not logic and understanding that made us what we are, It is the passion and excitement that drives us to go beyond our limits. There are many other animals with more IQ than humans but they didn’t make it. Without emotions and arts we will be just another surviving species of mammals. It is because of Arts that we came through the journey from just surviving to living.

From the very basic nature we humans are creative animals and no matter how hard you try to separate things under the label of Science and Arts you cannot truly do it as they both are opposite sides of a same coin supporting each other and can even help each other in advancement.
